it was completely sold out by February 2003.

The tracks "Blues" and Banjo Jam" are excerpts.
At the time, Rhino had the full versions on their website for free.
The unedited versions of "Blues" clocks in at 10:09 and "Banjo Jam" at 4:21.
These were never officially released.

These sets are individually numbered.
Check the obi wrap-around band for yours.
