FRANCE

When the Monkees records began to be issued in France,
singles were only used in jukeboxes.
The EP (extended play) were the discs that everybody bought.

However, by late '67 singles were being sold to the public and they
subsequently overtook EPs in popularity.

The Monkees crossed over both of these time periods
resulting in some interesting records.

"Porpoise Song", "Listen To The Band"& "Good Clean Fun"
were not released. So It is surprising they came back
and released "Oh My My" and gave it a unique picture sleeve to boot.
