This was probably recorded on October 3 or 4, 1968
when The Monkees were in Japan as part of their Far East Tour.

Released through Davy's fan club in Japan.

Davy mentions their upcoming movie Head (as yet, untitled)
and how they are changing from the weekly TV show to 3, one hour long specials a year.
But we know only one happened.

Like the Head Interview Disc, there is a pause between Davy's
'answers' for the DJ to ask his questions.

The insert has the suggested questions to ask Davy
and his answers in English and Japanese.
