RCA Victor records were made at the Teldec-Press GmbH,
a vinyl manufacturing plant in Nortorf, Germany.
Germany received the master tapes via the UK,
however they didn't issue
picture sleeves so the artwork
was initially slow in getting to Germany.
The picture sleeves
without
the
Monkees on the cover
or some of the
alternate sleeves
were early printings
before the proper artwork had arrived.
