Billboard
LP Review

Changes was released in June and appeared in the July 4, 1970 issue
of Billboard as a new release. In the July 11 & 18 issues it was featured
in the "New Action LPs" section.

It probably was getting some regional play but not enough
to be labeled a breakout or to hit the charts.

Back in 1968, RCA began to change their manufacturing
processes transitioning from the "deep groove" 70mm
to the smaller 26mm pressing rings.

For Changes, only the Hollywood plant had the 70mm rings.
