The previous page says the the left middle picture sleeve is from Mexico, that's wrong, it's from Canada. Also the Davy Jones "My Favorite Monkee" promotional single was not released by the Monkees or Colgems but was given to Davy by Don Kirshner for a contest prize and used to promote Davy's new label: Davy Jones Records.
