UPDATE HISTORY
2019

JUNE

JUNE 30:

Today I added to the site the 2 CD Monkeemania set which was released in the UK in 2011.
The Monkees were actually touring England the month this was released there.

Also added the promotional CD release including the below letter.

Unfortunately, that letter continued to promote the urban myth
(created by Nesmith) that the Monkees outsold
The Beatles and The Rolling Stones combined in 1967.

Thanks to Ed Reilly for all these photos!

JUNE 22:

Promo copy of the first Rhino Deluxe 2 CD set from 2007:

Canada's RPM Weekly magazine advertisement promoting
the mono version of the 'Birds' LP

JUNE 19:

The "Someday Man/Listen To The Band" single from Mexico

JUNE 14:

Found the CRC single that I was missing from Chile:

The Monkees have only 3 known records on this Chilean label.
Perhaps they used these to gauge interest for the regular RCA releases.

JUNE 12: Big Nez week here!

Last month Music On Vinyl in the Netherlands released "Loose Salute" on clear vinyl

The recent 12 CD box set from Edsel Records

Also here is Nesmith's Pacific Arts Box from back in 2012:

And finally here is his European box set from back in 2015:

This is officially an EU release but since it was
manufactured in Germany I'm listing under that country.

Thanks to Ben Belmares for these pictures!

JUNE 10:

Recently I acquired the the program for the 1967 Forest Hills Music Festival
and it had these ads for the Monkees:

The Monkees appeared on July 14, 15 & 16.
These are the last 3 dates that The Jimi Hendrix Experience opened for them.

Also re-organized the entire Advertisement section,
which had become very confusing.

JUNE 3:
